# Guidelines to promote physical activity

This report, an integral part of the *Active for Health* project, aims not only to summarize the state of physical inactivity in the countries involved in the project within the context of the broader EU context data emerging from the latest WHO studies, but also to offer a civil society perspective in its monitoring and advocacy role, urging national public institutions and other stakeholders to each play their active role in promoting health enhancing physical activity.
